Check In and Check Out:
- CHECK-IN TIME: after 2:00 PM

- Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
- Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day. Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
Minimum Stay Requirements:

Accommodation rates is NET per night per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:
- Pick up & transfer from airport to villa and transfer from villa to airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
- Welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.
- Free 1 gallon of mineral drinking water per day.
- Free usage of Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the villa.
- In-villa First Day Only Continental breakfast, max. 2 breakfast per room.
- Baby cot, baby bottle sterilizer and toddler high chair.
- Serviced daily including housekeeping and ground maintenance.
Optional facilities and services with extra charge:
- Chef/cook for in-villa lunch and dinner is available upon request.
- Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras.
- Pool fence for toddler safety is available upon request.
- Baby sitter can be arranged upon request.
